Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites has rebranded to Avani+
status with enhancements to its facilities such as a new
Lebanese-inspired restaurant and two meeting rooms accompanied by a
range of social spaces and services at the new Avani Club.
The 48-storey property stands between Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Media
City, and Dubai Marina. The hotel has 247 Avani Serviced Apartments,
ranging from 41 sqm studios to 165 sqm three-bedroom units, with
fully-equipped kitchens, private terraces, and living spaces.
The two new meeting rooms occupying 166 sqm, Palm 1 and Palm 2, are
designed to cater specifically to meetings. Guests can take in views of
the city while using the newest modern technology, such as
high-definition video conferencing and interactive whiteboards,
customisable temperature controls, and flexible seating.
The hotel’s dedicated meetings team will be aiming to host a diverse
range of events, including company meetings, cocktail receptions,
product launches, and celebrations. With direct access to the terrace,
attendees can enjoy a refreshing tea break with the team, while taking
in the stunning views of Palm Jumeirah and iconic Burj Al Arab.

said: “Being in operation for only two and a half years as Deluxe Hotel
Apartments, where all our rooms have been designed with fully equipped
kitchens and laundry facilities, our base business has always been the
extended stay guests; however due to our unique location, captivating
views, exceptional facilities and convenient accessibility, we also have
a great mix of FITs. With the recent inauguration of our
state-of-the-art meeting rooms, we now have the privilege of
accommodating MICE clientele, and moving forward this segment shall be
integral part of our dynamic business mix.”
Its latest culinary pride, La Sirène, is an urban lifestyle eatery
and terrace that reflects the lively coastal culture of Lebanon. The
menu has been created to provide guests with a genuine taste of the
'Pearl of the Middle East’.
The all-new Avani Club offers all-day refreshments, afternoon tea and
free pre-dinner drinks and is open daily from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm.
It is one of four Avani properties in the Middle East. There are two
other Avani hotels in Dubai, in addition to one that opened in the Omani
capital last year.
