The Langham, Jakarta, a 224-room luxury five-star hotel nestled in
the Sudirman Central Business District, has rolled out a new meetings
package.
From now until 30 June 2024, organisers will be able to enjoy a
plethora of benefits for new confirmed group bookings, including:
- Up to 10% off on meeting packages
- Up to 10% off on audiovisual equipment
- VIP Welcome Amenity offered to 10% of room bookings
- One complimentary room upgrade to Executive Room
- One complimentary meeting package offered for every 25 paying packages
- Free parking for 10% of the meeting’s participants
The offer is based on new confirmed group bookings, valid for
meetings and events with a minimum of 10 room reservations per night.
The number of benefits afforded is dependent on the amount spent per
group booking.
The Langham, Jakarta boasts 1,802sqm of flexible event space,
including 15 function rooms, meeting rooms and a ballroom, five
restaurants and bars, and a range of integrated wellness facilities.
The pillarless Langham Ballroom is outfitted with state-of-the-art
LED lighting technology, a pre-function foyer, bar and VIP pre-event
suites. With a separate entrance from the hotel, the venue can cater up
to 800 guests’ cocktails or 420 seated.
