South Korea gets its first Hilton Garden Inn

The Hilton Garden Inn brand makes its South Korea debut in upscale Gangnam.

Hilton Garden Inn Seoul Gangnam has opened in the Gangnam Business District, marking the brand's South Korea debut.

The hotel is located 30km from Gimpo Airport or 65km from Incheon International Airport. COEX convention and exhibition centre is about 5km from the hotel, and Yangjae Subway Station is two minutes away on foot.

The 18-storey, 208-room hotel features a range of guestroom categories including family rooms, deluxe rooms and suites.

Guests will have access to complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, self-service laundry facilities, a fitness centre with a panoramic view of the city and an outdoor rooftop pool.

The hotel also features a business centre and three meeting rooms that can cater to a total of up to 100 people.

F&B options include Garden Bistro and Cafe 253, a lounge and bar. The Shop is open 24 hours a day, serving snacks, local beverages and self-service coffee.

More Hilton Garden Inn properties are expected to open in the APAC region this year: the 168-room Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Taman Palem, the 108-room Hilton Garden Inn Albany in Australia, and 177-room Hilton Garden Inn Phuket Bang Tao.
