Marriott’s Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa in Bali has
unveiled the launch of its reinvented MICE offerings, rolling out five
new themed coffee breaks that embrace the vibrant spirit of the
neighbourhood.
With the tagline “Unique Experience, Every Time”, these themed coffee
breaks – Chef’s Garden, Golf ParTee, Sangkar, Recycle, and Pasar
Senggol – inspire guests to engage all senses and discover the
unexpected.
The coffee breaks are complemented with a dedicated banquet kitchen,
led by executive chef Wisnu Adiyatma and sous chef Dedi Mustofa. This
banquet kitchen exclusively serves dishes free from pork and alcohol,
with ingredients supplied by the resort’s halal-certified local
suppliers to ensure that event organisers and attendees may indulge with
peace of mind.
