Signaling a broader trend of hotel drifting towards turnkey event services, METT Singapore has entered into a strategic partnership with audiovisual and lighting experts UPGroup Asia and event company The MasterPlan.
The agreement, signed on 17 April during the METTUP 2026 industry networking event, brings together the hotel’s event infrastructure with integrated audio-visual production and event management expertise.
Under the partnership, UPGroup Asia has been appointed as METT Singapore’s preferred AVL (audio, visual and lighting) partner. The company will provide technical production services, including livestreaming and event technology, while also implementing its venue management programme to support on-site operations.
Meanwhile, The MasterPlan will serve as the venue’s preferred B2B event agency and programme partner. The firm will support organisers with event design, content development and stakeholder management across formats such as conferences, product launches and executive meetings.
The collaboration is intended to streamline event delivery by consolidating venue, production and event design into a single touchpoint.
Organisers hosting events at METT Singapore will have access to integrated services spanning space design, technical execution and content development.
Located within Fort Canning Park, METT Singapore features 84 rooms and suites alongside purpose-built event facilities, including a 950-sqm Grand Ballroom, a 360-sqm Junior Ballroom and outdoor terrace spaces.
