Meetings at The Langham Gold Coast

Queensland’s newest luxury, The Langham Gold Coast, is offering a meeting package, for up to 400 guests. Situated on the Gold Coast between the Gold Coast Domestic & International Airport, and Brisbane Domestic & International Airport, the hotel’s 618-sqm ballroom (400 pax banquet style) has 11 event venues and 1,198 sqm of event space.

Meeting planners who book before 31 October 2023 for any event held up until 31 July 2024, including accommodation and one on-site dinner, can select the following.

Delegates (choose three):

· Two free upgrades to Junior Ocean Suites

· Free Arrival tea and coffee in for with full or half Day package

· Free Arrival Infused Water Station for full or half Day Package

· Free 30-minute, three-piece selection of pre-dinner canapes for one’s gala dinner

· 10% discount on AV equipment subject to terms and conditions.

The gala dinner must include a minimum of three courses and four-hour beverage package to receive free 30-minute canapes. The deal is for a minimum of 120 event delegates and 80 accommodation rooms per night.

Besides the hotel’s beachfront location, culinary offerings and wellness centre, delegates can enjoy off-site activities such as a private limousine ride to The Spit with a deluxe picnic.
