Mandarin Oriental, Singapore reopens after makeover

After a six-month transformation, the luxury hotel is enhancing its offerings for business events.

Mandarin Oriental, Singapore reopens on 8 September 2023 with a refreshed look and feel to its 510 rooms, including 42 suites, with views of the city’s bustling Marina Bay. There are also 45 Residential Suites with one to four bedrooms.

MICE offerings include the Oriental Ballroom, which features a 20-m wide curved LED screen. For smaller gatherings, 16 meeting rooms feature the latest AV tech. The Spa will offer wellness programmes, alongside a modern fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool.

Appointed with an eclectic mix of art and furnishings on the 21st floor, HAUS 65’s quiet ambience provides elegant social lounge space for cultural, culinary, artistic events and more. It will be helmed by a team from Mandala Club.

Curated experiences include tours to experience local culture, from guided forest hikes to cooking classes at a local home. Also on offer is the Circuit Sidecar Adventure Experience – a Singapore Night Race on a vintage Vespa sidecar tour. Heritage River Cruise will explore the history of Singapore with a cruise along the Singapore River.

The hotel is along Marina Bay and is close to the financial hub, and minutes from the Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre, and Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay.
