become the first Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate Verified
Venues (HMCC-VV) in Macao, accredited by Meeting Professionals
International (MPI).
Medical meetings’ criteria differ greatly from other industry
meetings due to the unique regulatory practices of each country. The
HMCC is awarded only to venues that meet the complex planning and
operational standards mandated by international healthcare and
life-science meeting event organisers, and the accreditation has
endorsed Sands Resorts Macao’s leading position in the region for
hosting healthcare and life-science meetings.

meeting laws and regulations, data privacy plans, reporting procedures,
and experience with healthcare meetings.
