Marina Bay Sands has unveiled an ambitious reimagining of its luxury hospitality experience, backed by a US$1.75 billion reinvestment programme and a new brand vision dubbed "Above Beyond".

At the heart of this evolution is the completed Paiza Collection, a series of ultra-luxury accommodations that pushes the boundaries of high-end hospitality. The collection features opulent spaces like the 630sqm Chairman Suite, complete with a baby grand piano and private gym, and innovative Skyline Suites equipped with golf simulators featuring 45 renowned courses.

The integrated resort has increased its suite count from 180 to a planned 775, with 1,540 new rooms already completed. Each suite showcases collaborations with premier artisans, from hand-embroidered wall coverings by Britain's Fromental to mattresses crafted with Mongolian yak wool by Wales's Savoir Beds.

"We are now at the next stage of development with our ambitious transformation that is pushing the boundaries of luxury hospitality. The new brand vision and property refurbishment is timely as it mirrors and complements this vision, setting the tone as we enter the next phase of growth,” said Paul Town, Marina Bay Sands' COO.

Refurbishment works are now focused on completing the Sands Collection in Tower 3 by the second quarter of 2025. Once complete, the top floors will house the most opulent accommodation including the Chairman, Presidential, Skyline, and Horizon Suites. Guests arrive via a discreet lobby with private lifts and are escorted to their residential-style suites by their personal butler.

The Presidential and Skyline Suites are fitted with a state-of-the-art golf simulator – loaded with more than 45 renowned golf courses – or a media room with over 300,000 karaoke songs.

The Horizon Suite is a pampering wellness sanctuary with a Himalayan salt wall, massage tables, dry sauna, hammam shower and gym.

Marina Bay Sands has assembled a 160-strong butler team – Singapore's largest – and partnered with creative powerhouses including Pentagram New York and Oscar-nominated filmmaker Celine Song to craft its new brand identity.
