JW Marriott Khao Lak launches meetings packages

JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa has launched a new suite of meetings and events packages that integrate sustainability, wellbeing, and cultural engagement into corporate gatherings.

The Transformative Meetings and Events programme introduces a series of themed options designed to align business objectives with environmental and social impact.

Among these is the Floating Market Meets Coastal Awakening concept – inspired by Thailand’s floating markets, using locally sourced materials and ingredients from the resort’s JW Garden, a 11-hectare on-site organic farm that produces over eight tonnes of fresh produce each year.

The resort offers abundant farm-to-table dining opportunities with catering fully drawn from the JW Garden, which it says is “one of the largest full model organic resort farms in the region”.

Groups may also enjoy the Circular Gastronomy Showcase of the resort’s pioneering practices, including Southeast Asia's first fully circular beachfront tasting menu, Sown & Reborn, which transforms potential waste into culinary creations.

JW Garden tours and regenerative agriculture workshops cover egg harvesting from hundreds of free-range hens, and goat-cheese making.

Delegates can also participate in team-building activities linked to local conservation, including Nipa palm reforestation, bee and butterfly protection, and support for the indigenous Moklen community.

For wellbeing, the resort offers morning yoga in the JW Garden, sound bath and mindfulness breaks, and access to its world-class spa and fitness programmes.

Cultural immersion options such as Thai cooking classes, traditional performances, and guided regional excursions add to the local experience.

JW Marriott Khao Lak provides over 1,000sqm of indoor event space, led by a 758-sqm Grand Ballroom for up to 800 guests and five flexible function rooms ranging from 60 to 270 sqm. Outdoor beachfront and garden venues are also available for receptions or open-air sessions.
