Another new hotel is set to open in Dubai ahead of Expo 2020 — the Hyde Dubai Business Bay, which will open its doors in Q4 2021.

Located in close proximity to the iconic Burj Khalifa, this 'city within a city' was built to cater to business, retail and commercial industries, housing five-star hotels, restaurants, bars and wellbeing hubs.

When open, the five-star Hyde hotel will offer 276 rooms and suites which all come with balconies overlooking the Dubai Canal, the city skyline and the iconic Burj Khalifa.

Planners and business guests can book any of the five meeting rooms or function hall, with F&B choices ranging from Mediterranean (Cleo), contemporary Japanese (Katsuya), hand-crafted burgers (Hudson Tavern), and coffee (The Perq).

Other amenities include a spa, male/female salon, fitness centre, swimming pool and retail area.

The Hyde Dubai Business Bay is owned by Emerald Palace Group, which is also behind the newly announced Raffles the Palm Dubai (formerly the Kempinski Emerald Palace).

Part of the Accor group, this opening will mark Hyde Hotels, Resorts & Residences' first international property outside of the US, after Miami and Florida.

Hyde Hotels is parked under the lifestyle-driven brand sbe, which was acquired by Accor last November as part of its move to accelerate growth in the lifestyle hospitality sector. Sbe hotels include Hyde, Delano, Mondrian and SLS. Dubai recently welcomed a SLS Dubai in April this year.
