Hyatt Centric The Ring Chengdu has opened in Chengdu’s revitalised Panchenggang district.

Located just 50 m from Dongda Road Metro Station and directly connected to The Ring lifestyle mall, the hotel offers 258 rooms and suites – all on the 36th floor and above, complete with full-length windows that look out to the city.

The hotel features five function rooms ranging from 56 to 268 sqm in size. With natural light and contemporary interiors, the spaces support collaborative formats, with layouts that can be adapted for boardroom meetings, presentations or breakout discussions. A separate breakout area is also available for informal networking and refreshments.

For outdoor events, a 188-sqm terrace provides an alternative setting for private receptions, social gatherings and intimate celebrations.

Chinese restaurant Dongda 333 features three private dining rooms with city views. Private diners get to enjoy customised menus showcasing regional Chinese cuisine prepared with seasonal ingredients.

The hotel’s all-day dining venue, Cafe 249 features an open layout and outdoor terrace, while the adjoining bar Color Palette provides a more casual setting for mingling over Sichuan-inspired drinks and light bites.

Conceived by Cheng Chung Design, the hotel's design draws inspiration from the rich industrial legacy and cultural vitality of the Panchenggang district. Once home to a major steel factory, the area has transformed from an industrial centre into a vibrant tapestry of old and new Chengdu.
