Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur has introduced a suite of artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tools for meetings, events and weddings.

Multilingual hologram emcee

In a first for Kuala Lumpur’s luxury hotel scene, the property is offering an AI hologram emcee. The lifelike multilingual avatar can deliver announcements introduce speakers and guide programmes, adding a high-production visual element to proceedings.

Virtual assistant

Another optional add-on for event planners is an AI-powered conference assistant that streamlines self check-in and seat allocation.

Attendees may also “converse” with the virtual assistant to access event information such as agenda, speaker biographies and venue details; while event summaries may also be delivered to attendees after the event.

Look at that: wearable interpreters

In select settings, the hotel can provide attendees with wearable smart glasses so that live translations can appear within the user’s field of vision.

Also available is real-time AI interpretation across more than 40 languages, accessible via personal devices and LED displays.

Event reels ready in minutes

Content creation and distribution – an increasingly important metric for event ROI – has also been integrated into the offering.

An AI-enabled live feed system captures key moments through multi-camera tracking and generates edited highlight reels within minutes, allowing organisers to publish content almost instantly.

This is complemented by VideoFX playback, which produces branded clips for same-day sharing.

Plug into virtual and hybrid set-ups

Beyond physical spaces, the hotel is extending events into virtual environments through a 360-degree showcase featuring AI avatars. Designed for remote engagement and hybrid formats, the platform combines virtual reality, interactive elements and guided storytelling to replicate immersive event experiences.

“These intelligent solutions are introduced to simplify, remove friction, enhance engagement, and ensure that every moment… feels effortless and intentional,” said Nelson Hilton, regional commercial director.
