Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium has unveiled refurbished function rooms, with changes to the decor, lighting and room layouts.

The 512-room hotel has a total of 13 spaces for events, with refurbishments including new carpets, energy-efficient LED lighting, and enhanced layout flexibility.

In a further nod to sustainability, filtered water stations have replaced bottled water throughout the meeting spaces, while pens have been replaced with pencils. With natural daylight in selected venues, the hotel aims to offer a blend of style and functionality.

The biggest ballroom accommodates up to 400 guests, and is ideally suited for conferences, and corporate dinners, while medium-sized rooms spanning between 60sqm to 180 sqm support classroom-style training sessions, product launches and networking events. Smaller rooms cater for board meetings, private discussions or breakout sessions. Packages are available for half-day and full-day events, with perks including free-flow coffee and tea and snacks.

The hotel is currently offering half- and full-day meeting packages from SG$75++ per pax, with perks including:

  • Complimentary use of a function room

  • Free-flow coffee and tea

  • Morning and/or afternoon snack break

  • International halal buffet lunch at Atrium Restaurant

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi, AV equipment, flipcharts, writing materials, and bottled water

Mia Jaafar, newly-appointed as hotel manager at the property said: “The refreshed ballrooms are a testament to our continued investment in delivering outstanding experiences, and I look forward to welcoming guests to discover everything we have to offer.”
