Hilton unveils global 'EventReady' programme

New standards for event cleanliness, flexible booking terms, and innovative solutions for meeting and event planners

GLOBAL — Hilton has launched a new cleanliness and customer service programme specific to meetings and events, which will be rolled out across its 6,100 hotels worldwide.

The 'EventReady' initiative includes flexibility in planning, physical distancing protocols, and new catering options; and follows the group's previously announced 'CleanStay' programme.

Hilton EventReady Playbook: Guidance and resources for solutions for hybrid meetings, and options for creative networking.
