The 347-room and suites Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore has opened.
The new landmark in Singapore’s iconic Orchard Road will be marketing
itself as a luxury hotel. It will be joining five other hotels in the
Pan Pacific Hotels Group for the first time at the International Luxury
Travel Market (ILTM) from June 19-22, 2023 at Sands Expo &
Convention Centre, and again in ILTM Cannes this December.
Marcel Holman, VP, Operations and GM, Pan Pacific Orchard, said the hotel has
secured 36 corporate accounts already. The hotel is surrounded by
consulates and embassies around the neighborhood. Luxury brands in
Orchard Road have signalled strong interest to host events at the hotel.
With a diverse mix of clients and its strategic location, the hotel is
in a strong position to position itself as a venue for corporate events,
FITs and staycations.
Added Holman: “I can see staycations and leisure on the weekends. We
have a lot of demand for leisure for the weekend. So one of the reasons
why our suites and our loft rooms are great is because they're very
unique rooms.”
A dip in the lagoon is just a step away for guests staying in the Beach Club Loft. The venue is hosting its first wedding on June 16, with 280 guests,
among whom will take up 85 guestrooms. It was handling some 35 wedding
enquiries at press time. Prices for such events start from S$1,888 per
10-pax table.
The hotel is differentiated by its Sky Terraces comprising Forest,
Beach, Garden and Cloud themes. The Beach Terrace features an
organically shaped lagoon pool with palm groves and meandering water
edges that link up to Beach Club Loft rooms (32 sqm).
