Thai hotel and property development firm Dusit International, represented in China by Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts, has signed a hotel management agreement with Zhejiang Dahua Group to operate Dusit Thani Tianmu Mountain, Hangzhou.

Once open in 2Q 2022, the property will offer 160 villas and guest rooms, two restaurants, an outdoor swimming pool, hot mineral pools, a gymnasium, a spa, and two ballrooms with adjoining function rooms.

Planners can integrate sustainable activities and community engagement into their delegates' itineraries, such as hikes with guides to Tianmu Mountain to discover the area’s famous ceramics, arts and crafts.

Sitting on the outskirts of the Tianmu Mountain National Nature Reserve, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, the luxury resort is an hour's drive from Hangzhou city centre, and 90 minutes from the Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport.

Guests from Shanghai can arrive via a new high‐speed rail and alight at the station, a 20-minute drive from the resort.

Dusit International’s portfolio now includes more than 300 properties operating under six brands across 16 countries. In China, the company currently operates 10 hotels and has more than 20 properties in the pipeline.
