doors in 2024 as the flagship hotel for Straits City, anchoring the
upscale mixed-use development on Butterworth Penang's waterfront.

City will overlook the Straits of Penang, while Georgetown is a
half-hour drive away.
The hotel, which will mark the first phase of the Straits City
development, will be equipped with a retail podium, as well as extensive
MICE facilities.
