IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) will open the Crowne Plaza Jakarta PIK2 come 2027, located within the city’s northern waterfront development in Tangerang.
The 220-key newbuild is the anchor tenant and also the first hotel to open in PIK2, touted as Jakarta’s up-and-coming business district that will span 6,000 hectares with commercial, residential, and lifestyle concepts once completed.
Located seven minutes from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the hotel also boasts proximity to Greater Jakarta’s first urban beach area.
Hotel amenities include two restaurants and a bar, a health club, spa, swimming pool, and meeting spaces spanning more than 990sqm.
Within the PIK2 neighbourhood, guests can also book additional convention and exhibition facilities, plus include teambuilding activities at the four km beach or 60-hectare greenbelt zone.
