Conrad Jiuzhaigou has opened its doors in the depths of the Tibetan
Plateau in Sichuan, offering 161 keys and a unique incentive experience
right next door — one of China's most famed UNESCO World Heritage sites.
Guests will be surrounded by mountains, since the property is located
just 12km from the Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area,
and 46km from the Fairy Pool Scenic Area. Amdo Tibetan villages are
also steps away should groups wish to explore the local landscape
further.
Owned by China Green Development Investment Group Co. Ltd. and
managed by Hilton, the luxury hotel in Western China has also brought
local culture in: from Tibetan cultural elements and motifs design, to
artifacts such as sword handles on display.
There are 161 rooms including 26 independent villas tucked away in
the mountains. Planners can tap on Hilton's Confirmed Connecting Rooms
to accommodate larger groups, or opt for the multi-bedroom independent
villas going up to 460sqm.
Amenities include a spa, fitness centre, all-day dining restaurant BAS.IN,
and M'EAT Specialty Bar & Grill which serves up local yak meat and
and offers guests a variety of seasonal menus for lunch and dinner.
Conrad Jiuzhaigou joins sister properties Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort and Hilton Garden Inn Jiuzhaigou.
The hotel's opening also adds to an existing portfolio of 12 Conrad
properties across Greater China in key destinations like Beijing,
Hangzhou, Sanya, Guangzhou, and more.
