Centara Hotels & Resorts partners True Digital Solutions to
provide high impact, low touch hospitality with the latest technology.
The Digital Guest Solution, which operates on the True Hospitality
Platform, is implemented in five Centara hotels and resorts in Thailand.
The Digital Guest Solution enables guests to scan an Intelligent QR
Code via mobile phone or other devices to enjoy services such as
ordering in-room service, booking a spa appointment, or requesting
housekeeping. This is done without downloading an app.
