Centara Hotels & Resorts opened the Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai on 14 October, its inaugural resort in the UAE offering 607 keys and event facilities.
The Thai hotel operator's debut in Dubai was launched in partnership with developer Nakheel, creator of the iconic Palm Jumeirah and the new Deira Islands waterfront city.
Set on a prime waterfront address on the Deira Islands, meeting planners can book three meeting rooms offering 60sqm of event space, or head outdoors to the alfresco lawn.
Amenities include nine F&B options, including Asian cuisine at Suan Bua; Argentinian grills at Uno Mas; fresh seafood and prime meats at Sands; the casual beach club, Waves Pool Bar and Zing; and rooftop shisha lounge and Lebanese restaurant, Sheesh.

Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai is minutes away from the newly opened Souk Al Marfa seafront souk and marketplace, and 30 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
The new resort opening marks the first Centara property in the UAE, and represents the third Mirage family-themed resort worldwide, following the Lost World-themed Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, and the Centara Mirage Resort Mui Ne, Vietnam, which opened its doors this year.
