With the opening of the new Orchard Wing, Hilton Singapore Orchard has added a further 446 rooms to its existing 634 rooms.
Hilton Singapore Orchard, which launched in February 2022 with 634
rooms in its Mandarin Wing, has unveiled its 446-room Orchard Wing to
bring the hotel's total inventory to 1,080 rooms.
“The opening of the Orchard Wing brings the rebranding and
rejuvenation of the hotel to a timely completion,” shared Brian Riady,
deputy CEO and executive director of OUE. “Now operating at full room
capacity, Hilton Singapore Orchard is set to further capitalise on the
continued recovery in travel demand in both the business and leisure
sectors.”
Rebranded
from the former Mandarin Orchard, Hilton Singapore Orchard has since
its 2022 opening reported a strong demand from corporate and leisure
guests, with its main key markets from countries in Southeast Asia and
North America.
The
revenue per available room (RevPAR) for 3Q 2022 increased 10.2%
quarter-on-quarter to S$332 (US$248), surpassing the previous RevPARs of
the property before its rebranding, according to a statement from OUE.
For 2023, Hilton Singapore Orchard expects to welcome more
international delegates attending the multitude of MICE events lined up
in the country this year.
Meanwhile, Conrad Singapore Orchard has officially opened its doors,
joining Conrad Centennial Singapore as the brand's second property in
the city. Rebranded from Regent Singapore, Conrad Singapore Orchard’s
440 rooms will undergo extensive reinvention and refurbishment from now
till late 2023.
During this period, guests can continue to access Conrad Singapore
Orchard’s 10 restaurants and bars including Manhattan, ranked 33 in The
