Andaz Macau has opened its doors as the brand’s largest, offering 700
rooms and suites and extensive artwork as part of the integrated Galaxy
Macau resort.
A striking architectural addition to the city, Andaz Macau’s two
hotel towers are located between the picturesque and well-preserved
neighbourhoods of Old Taipa and Coloane.
Rooms at this news luxury lifestyle hotel range from 35 sqm to 68
sqm, and are complemented by local amenities and a minibar stocked with
locally sourced eats including biscuits from Macau Yeng Kee Bakery.
Andaz Kitchen is an all-day-dining venue serving Chinese, Portuguese,
and Western dishes, while Andaz Studio has the feel of an elegant
library room and serves breakfast. There’s also Andaz Lounge, which
features creative cocktails and craft beers produced by a local brewery.
For recreational amenities, there’s also a 24-7 fitness centre, a 19m
heated swimming pool, and complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck
at Galaxy Macau.
The multi-function space can host 80 guests for events, cocktail
receptions, and interactive experiences such as master chef cooking
classes.
The hotel is also directly connected to the new Galaxy International
Convention Center (GICC) and the 16,000-seat Galaxy Arena, the largest
indoor arena in Macau.
The GICC takes up to 2,600 pax for gala dinners. For conferences on
the ground level there is 4,000 sqm of space with 9-m ceiling height
which can be partitioned into three rooms. The 10,000-sqm pillarless
exhibition space on the ground floor for 7,000 pax has two direct
vehicle loading access points and 10 loading docks in the basement.
