Accor is set for luxury brand Fairmont's debut in Japan, with the opening of Fairmont Tokyo in 2025.

The property is owned by Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., one of Japan's leading real estate companies.

Situated on the upper floors of the South Tower of the Shibaura Project, the hotel is part of a Tokyo development designed under Japan's National Strategic Special Zone Program. The project's location in this cosmopolitan area offers access to business, culture, and well-being amenities.

With sweeping views of Tokyo Bay, Fairmont Tokyo will feature 219 guestrooms, a range of suites, three restaurants and bars, a spa, fitness centre, swimming pool, meeting rooms, banquet facilities and a chapel. The hotel is located within close proximity to Hamamatsucho Railway Station and is an 18-minute drive from Haneda International Airport.

According to Garth Simmons, Accor CEO for Southeast Asia, Japan & South Korea, the new hotel hotel is "set to become the epicentre of Tokyo’s social scene."
