Galaxy Macau has entered a three-year partnership with the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), securing its role as the official global partner and venue host for future FIA Conferences in 2026 and 2027.

The agreement follows this year's FIA Conference, held in Macao for the first time at Galaxy Macau’s Galaxy International Convention Center (GICC) from 10-12 June.

The FIA, governing body for world motor sport, welcomed 446 delegates representing 198 member organisations from 139 countries to discuss key industry topics, including safety and sustainability, global and regional perspectives, and AI-driven mobility innovation. Attendees also explored Macau’s motor sport heritage and local culture.

Mohammed Ben Sulayem, FIA president, said: “Our time here in Macau has been inspiring and truly productive. This annual conference is an opportunity for us to bring members together from across our global federation, and I am delighted we have been able to host them in such an exceptional venue.”

The partnership aligns with Macau’s broader ambition to position itself as a “City of Sports,” complementing the Macau Grand Prix, which has been a staple of the region’s sporting landscape for over seven decades.

Kevin Kelley, chief operating officer of Galaxy Entertainment Group, noted: “Galaxy Macau is profoundly honored to support this prestigious conference – bringing together visionary minds, dedicated professionals, and innovative leaders shaping the future of mobility worldwide.”
