World Express has clinched the deal to be the DMC for the inaugural
The Meeting Show Asia Pacific which will be held from 17-18 April 2024
at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
The DMC is a market leader in Singapore’s inbound tourism, with a
passion for providing the highest levels of destination services. Having
been in operation for five decades, it was recognised as the Best DMC
(Asia) at the M&C Asia Stella Awards 2023, and was also a finalist
for Singapore Tourism Awards’ 2023 Outstanding Event Organisers
category.
World Express comes with five decades of experience as a “Made in Singapore” brand.The DMC will be assisting in managing the housing and ground
logistics for the show participants, including themed events,
team-bonding activities, networking and special interest tours,
logistics management, and VIP meet and greet services.
The Meetings Show Asia Pacific will offer a hosted buyer-led
tradeshow for the Asia Pacific meetings industry. Northstar Travel
Group, the leading B-to-B information, events and marketing solutions
company in the travel industry, is launching the show and will be
welcoming global exhibitors and pre-qualified and hosted buyers.
The event marks the Asia Pacific debut of Northstar Meetings Group’s
long-standing ‘The Meetings Show’ brand, which takes place annually in
London. The Meetings Show Asia Pacific is supported by Singapore Tourism
Board.
Featuring Asian and international destinations, venues, hotels and
other key suppliers, the event will be supported by an exclusive hosted
buyer programme, uniting senior meetings, conventions, events and
incentives buyers.
Also in the programme
are a unique pre-scheduled meetings platform which will provide an
intimate platform to do business, a conference for a thought-provoking
education programme, and a series of high-quality networking events.
