The Society of Independent Show Organisers (SISO) has received a request from its CEO David Audrain to reduce the term of the current SISO Management Services Agreement with his Exposition Development Company from three years to one year, allowing it to end in December this year.

The contract with ExpoDevCo was signed in December 2021, and it included the provision of services such as all association staff, member services, and event management, with Audrain serving as CEO and executive director.

SISO’s executive committee members have agreed to end the contract, which is the third three-year agreement with ExpoDevCo, headed by Audrain, now in his 7th year as SISO CEO.

SISO’s executive committee and SISO Chair Cassandra Farrington acknowledged Audrain’s request to focus on his own business and thanked him for an instrumental leadership that led the association through the pandemic in strong financial condition.
