It’s official – the Business Travel Show Asia Pacific will be launching on 16-17 April 2025 in Singapore, at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.

Organised by Northstar Travel Group’s BTN Group, the event will be co-located with The Meetings Show Asia Pacific – which celebrated a hugely successful inaugural showing this year, drawing in over 1,000 MICE industry professionals.

Jason Young, CEO of Northstar Travel Group, said that Singapore’s vibrant business ecosystem and strong accessibility, alongside its focus on innovation and sustainability, made it a clear choice when determining where to co-locate the two shows.

“We are excited to launch another one of our market leading event brands in the Singapore and Asia Pacific market,” Young said. “The Business Travel Show, following the successful recent launch of The Meetings Show Asia Pacific, highlights our ability to connect buyers and sellers in the travel industry, strengthening relationships, and delivering exceptional value to our partners and attendees.”

The Business Travel Show Asia Pacific will be the largest gathering of the APAC business travel community, and will bring corporate travel professionals together to meet with suppliers, connect with colleagues and network.

The show will also feature its unique hosted buyer programme, which brings pre-qualified budget-holding top-level decision-makers to the event to pre-schedule meetings with exhibitors.

"We are thrilled about this opportunity as it marks a natural evolution and expansion of the Business Travel Show brand into the vibrant APAC region,” said Louis Magliaro, executive vice president/group publisher, The BTN Group. “The strength of the corporate travel market in this region is undeniable, and we are eager to extend our current reach to connect with key industry players and foster new collaborations."

The Business Travel Show Asia Pacific and The Meeting Show Asia Pacific are supported by the Singapore Tourism Board.

“Singapore is pleased to welcome the Business Travel Show Asia Pacific in 2025. Northstar Travel Group’s decision to co-locate the two shows is a testament to Singapore’s excellent track record in hosting high quality events,” said Yap Chin Siang, deputy chief executive, Singapore Tourism Board.

“The support of event organisers such as Northstar Travel Group is key to help us further the vibrancy of Singapore’s MICE landscape, and underscores our ambition to be the World’s Best MICE City.”
