We all know a successful MICE trade show isn’t just about numbers – it’s about meaningful connections, impactful networking, leads generation, and immersive experiences that push the industry forward.

Following a strong debut, The Meetings Show Asia Pacific (TMS APAC) returns to the Sands Expo and Convention at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, from 16 to 17 April 2025. The show gathers top executives, innovators, and disruptors from across the region and beyond, sparking the conversations that shape the future of business events.

A launchpad for networking and lead generation

A MICE show isn’t successful without offering ample opportunities for network expansion and lead generation for attendees. Co-located with the inaugural Business Travel Show Asia Pacific, TMS APAC is set to bring the biggest gathering of travel and MICE professionals in the region. Furthermore, in 2025, TMS APAC has grown by another 30%. Get the ROI you're looking for with big opportunities with an anticipated 1,400 attendees from across 50 countries.

Global marketplace of destinations and services

This year, TMS APAC expands its international footprint with new participating destinations including Kazakhstan, Oman, Monaco, Vancouver, Indonesia, and Kyoto.

Attendees can also find new exhibitors from a wider variety of segments, from hospitality like IHG Hotels & Resorts to venues like Jio World Convention Centre to cruise lines such as AmaWaterways, alongside returning favourites like the Philippines, Gyeonggi, Thailand, Sabah, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and Sands Lifestyle – all showcasing the best in MICE experiences, services, and products.

Immersive destination experiences

Booths and pavilions in 2025 are no longer dominated by static experiences where exhibitors simply hand out brochures and free swag. Instead, the focus will shift to creating dynamic, immersive that engage attendees on multiple levels:

  • BESarawak brings a community-driven activation, complete with live Sarawak Laksa, KANTIN cultural dances, cocktails by The Bibber’s Tale, and a “Wheel of Legacy” prize spin.

  • Singapore Tourism Board celebrates local entrepreneurs with Nonya kueh by Kueh Ho Jiak, Milo-infused cocktails by Mixes from Mars, and Laksa by Qiji. Don’t miss the recycling workshop by Semula where you can make a carabiner from plastic caps.

  • Macao’s experiential booth features an AI Face Swap Photo Station – snap yourself into hyper-realistic Macao backdrops – courtesy of IPIM (Macao’s Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute).

  • Tourism New Zealand invites you for a tea break at The Woodlands Coffee Bar, serving artisanal New Zealand brews.
