Meetings and conferences easily segue into breakout sessions with views to be savoured at Waterview Room. The venue also comes equipped with countertops, chillers and ice-making machines for easy F&B preparation.

Overlooking the stunning Supertree Grove, the exclusive Secret Life of Trees is especially priceless as evening arrives, when guests find themselves enjoying the popular Garden Rhapsody light and music show on the serene lawns away from the crowds.

Corporate groups who wish to incorporate playtime will enjoy the Silver Leaf, set under the triangular canopy of the majestic Supertrees. In the day, use its outdoor space to hold a games session, easily moving in and out of tentages for refreshments. Or take the team spirit further with a photography trail around the Gardens, discovering new routes, flora, and more about each other.

The expansive alfresco area of The Meadow is ideal for large-scale outdoor set-ups with its capacity of up to 30,000 standing audience. On breezy days, the grounds double as a playground for fun-filled team bonding sessions, community events and family outings.

[email protected] Skyway opened up last year for delegates wishing to convene on higher grounds. Aside from a specially scheduled Garden Rhapsody, the group may order drinks (champagne, anyone?) at the bar before heading up 22m, then toasting to success with Singapore's cityscape twinkling beyond.

Immerse in a world of perpetual spring in the iconic Flower Dome, a cool-dry conservatory with fields of exotic plants and flowers from regions with a Mediterranean-type climate including South Africa, Western Australia, California, and more. Most notably, it is home to the picturesque Flower Field Hall, which never fails to impress with its specially programmed LED mood lights and view of Marina Bay's shimmering skyline. For a truly memorable gala night or themed function, you won't go wrong with this glass-ensconced indoor venue that can usher up to 1,100 guests.

Nothing can be more captivating than colourful fairy lights juxtaposed by beautiful blooms.

As a special treat, invite delegates on a trail to the mystical Cloud Forest before or after your event. The cooled conservatory replicates cool-moist climates of Tropical Montane regions between 1,000 and 3,500m above sea level, and is home to plant life that thrives in highlands. Tip: Don't miss out on the group photo opportunity in front of the towering 35m-tall lush man-made mountain that shrouds the world's tallest indoor waterfall feature.

One of the best things about Gardens by the Bay? It's more than an event space provider, with its myriad entertainment and programmes that delegates can enjoy once business has concluded. This year, the Gardens is celebrating its 5th anniversary with festivities for everyone to enjoy in the months of May and June. Kicking off the celebrations is the Blue Beauties floral display, which was launched in Flower Dome on May 19 and will be available throughout June. During the first weekend in June, the Supertree Grove will come alive with an exciting line-up of activities, including a two-night only extended evening showcase, Gardens Extravaganza Special. For the rest of the month, visitors can enjoy the complimentary Gardens Extravaganza,  an immersive light and sound show enhanced with stunning video mapping at the Supertree Grove.
