Dr Supawan Teerarat has been appointed president of the Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB).
Seasoned MICE industry leader Dr Supawan Teerarat will assume the role of president at the Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) from 1 August 2025, succeeding Chiruit Isarangkun Na Ayuthaya, who retired in May.
Dr Supawan brings nearly 40 years of experience in the hospitality and MICE sectors. Most recently, she served as president of the National Food Institute.
She is no stranger to TCEB, having joined as director of exhibitions and rising through the ranks over 16 years to become senior vice president. During her tenure, she led initiatives in innovation, business intelligence, domestic MICE, industry capability building, and MICE city development.
In her new role, Dr Supawan will focus on positioning Thailand as a global MICE leader through transformative, high-value, and sustainable business events.
