Over 1,000 business event professionals attended the recent Meetings Show Asia Pacific, Northstar Meetings Group’s largest organic event launch to date, held in Singapore from 17-18 April 2024.

With a robust educational programme, the event set the stage for insightful conversations and discussion around pertinent industry topics, from industry outlooks and wellness initiatives to sustainability efforts and emerging technologies.

These technologies found a testbed at The Meetings Show APAC itself, with organiser Northstar partnering up with Singapore-based technology provider Gevme to feature Snapsight, a new generative-AI tool that streams and distils real-time content.

Thanks to real-time data provided by meeting and conference attendees, Snapsight was able to generate a succinct but detailed summary of the insights shared, covering themes and topics discussed by speakers and presenters at the show.

Some of the most pressing issues covered by the report include disruptive technology and innovation, social change and community impact, emerging business models, sustainability, and wellbeing – among many more.
