Belgium's electronic music festival Tomorrowland will debut in Thailand in December 2026, marking the first time the event will be held in Asia.

With Thailand set to host the first full-scale Tomorrowland in Asia for five years, organisers have confirmed the date and venue of the upcoming 2026 debut.
From 11 to 13 December 2026, the popular music festival will take place at Wisdom Valley in Pattaya. The 96-ha site will feature the anticipated CORE and Freedom stages, but also first-time, Thailand-exclusive stages and experiences.
WEAREONE.world has also confirmed its partnership with the Tourism Authority of Thailand to bring the festival to the Kingdom.
It has also partnered a dedicated local team to ensure electronic music, stage design, storytelling, and large-scale production expertise.
According to a feasibility study by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), the five-year festival series (2026-2030) could generate a total economic impact of over 21 billion baht (US$672.7 million) on top of creating jobs at scale.
The move underscores Thailand’s growing push to position itself as a prime destination for global mega-events. TCEB has been actively supporting the hosting of international festivals and events to boost tourism and economic development.
Organisers had selected Chonburi for its large event space and accessibility. The coastal province is strategically located near U-Tapao International Airport, and easily accessible from Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports.
Thailand has strengthened its position on the global live music circuit in recent years, hosting major international festivals such as Electric Daisy Carnival and Creamfields. Its homegrown music and arts festival Wonderfruit, which takes place in Pattaya, is also emerging as a staple on the festival circuit.
