With second-generation leader Darren Tan at the helm, World Express
has solidified its reputation as a leading destination management
company (DMC) for over 55 years, specialising in leisure, cruise, and
MICE sectors since its founding in 1969.
The Singapore-based DMC has organised notable events, including a
Manchester United fan meet in 2023 that brought over 3,000 local fans
together to watch a broadcast and meet past team players, as well as an
off-site business programme for luxury brand Van Cleef & Arpels in
Bali, involving business strategy sessions and networking opportunities
for clients.
Earlier this year, World Express underwent a brand refresh
and has since emerged with a new website and logo, positioning the
brand as “the local insider” and drawing from its extensive experience
in the Singapore travel market.
“We are driven to deliver exceptional experiences, and we go the
extra mile to do so,” said Darren Tan, managing director of World
Express. “Our clients’ satisfaction is the biggest reward when it comes
to our work… Whether it is tweaking the content of a tour programme or a

World Express recently took home the prize for Best Destination Management Company (Asia) at the M&C Asia Stella Awards 2024 in Macao.
