More details have come for Thailand’s ‘Meet Well’ campaign, designed to help planners “maximise event outcomes and return on investment”, said Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) president, Supawan Teerarat, at IBTM World 2025.

Announced earlier this year, the campaign will roll out throughout Thailand in 2026, with support from over 130 government-private service providers to provide enhanced experiences for MICE planners and business travellers.

This covers a wide spectrum of privileges and special deals, spanning wellness programmes, accommodations, dining, off-site venues, transportation, shopping, workshops, localised experiences, low-carbon activities and cultural attractions.

Service providers will cover 14 city destinations: five established MICE Cities and nine high-potential destinations.

Planners will be able to book from 40 five-star hotels and resorts, four wellness establishments, and four shopping malls.

Under this campaign, it will be possible for planners to enjoy up 20% off wellness sessions, up to 80% shopping discounts, and special group rates for every 15 rooms booked.

The special deals offered across Thailand underscored the series of flagship international events set to take place in 2026 in Bangkok and regional cities. These include Global Sustainable Tourism Conference, Global Wellness Summit and InterPride's 2026 General Meeting & World Conference in Phuket, the Spartan SUPER World Championship in Chiang Rai and Tough Mudder in Pattaya.

“This is the opportunity for those attending global events in cities across Thailand to maximise privileges under the campaign. For planners, Thailand now has a solid foundation of more capable cities for future events. They have a wider range of destination options that can be tailored to their agendas and interests or combined with scheduled flagship events in each host city, creating more value and flexibility for every MICE programme,” said Supawan.
