Economic pressures are reshaping the APAC events landscape, but planners are proving their resilience.

The latest Northstar/Cvent Meetings Industry PULSE Survey, conducted for the APAC region in March 2025, reveals that confidence levels have declined compared to a year ago. Still, despite the dip in optimism, 54% of APAC planners maintain a positive outlook – outpacing their global counterparts.

Despite budget constraints, nearly two-thirds of APAC planners are actively sourcing or booking new events, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.
