SINGAPORE - The Westin Singapore, one of the Singapore's leading 5-star wellness hotels, has announced three new additions to its senior leadership team.

The hotel has appointed Alicia Lee as its new director of sales and marketing. An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience with Marriott International, Ms Lee started her career with The Ritz-Carlton Millenia, Singapore, before moving up the corporate ladder with senior positions in catering, conference services and sales department.

Prior to joining The Westin Singapore, Ms Lee was with The Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai.

In The Westin Singapore, Alicia will work closely with the team in establishing strong awareness to continue positioning the hotel as one of the leading hotels in Singapore, and overseeing the hotel's room, meetings, and convention businesses.

Another appointment sees The Westin Singapore installing Jessica Laszlo as its director of revenue management. Ms Laszlo's previous role was market director of revenue strategy for Renaissance Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Renaissance Hotel Johor Bahru.
 
She brings with her vast experience from some of the most iconic hotels under Marriott International, including The Ritz-Carlton, Budapest and The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, in Miami Beach.
 
The hotel also announced the appointment of Glen Cooper as executive chef. Formerly the executive sous chef for The Fullerton Hotel and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore from 2008 to 2010, Mr Cooper will lead a team of 40 associates overseeing the overall kitchen operations of the hotel's all-day dining restaurant, Seasonal Tastes, gastro-bar Cook & Brew, Daily Treats, Lobby Lounge, and banquet operations.
