Japanese luxury hotel group Nikko Hotels International will open a new 301-key property in Bangkok early next year as part of a current expansion in Asia.

Located at 27 Sukhumvit Soi 55, the five-star hotel will be within walking distance of the BTS Skytrain Thonglor station.

Targeted primarily at corporate travellers, the hotel's rooms feature 301 guestrooms and suites, including 10 extended stay rooms with its own kitchenette. Guests can expect Japanese-style toilets and luxurious Panpuri bathroom amenities.

For dining, the hotel offers four restaurants and lounges, with options for both western and Japanese breakfasts.

Meetings and events will be catered for at the hotel's venues, which span 1,800sqm. The largest venue, the Fuji Grand Ballroom, will be able to host 1,250 guests for cocktails. A further eight small and medium-sized function rooms, outdoor terrace and balcony will also be available.

The new opening will be the group's 38th property.
