Upper-scale hotel brand Radisson Blu has opened a new hotel in Zhengzhou, one of China's fastest-growing cities and a thriving trade and transport hub.

Situated near the famous Five Dragons Peak, Radisson Blu Zhengzhou Huji offers guests scenic retreats near beautiful mountains and wetlands around the Yellow River while being close to the city centre. In close proximity to the Wanda Plaza and Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Centre, the hotel is the perfect base for MICE guests to experience every side of Henan's provincial capital.

Radisson Blu Zhengzhou Huji offers 1,500sqm of flexible function space, including a Grand Ballroom that can host up to 1,200 people and five meeting rooms, all supported by professional support and cutting-edge technology.

Guests can have a taste of local Cantonese cuisine at FLAVOR or tuck into familiar international dishes at TASTE. They can also unwind over coffee, cocktails and light snacks at the Lobby Lounge, which can also be used to hold small networking sessions.

"We are delighted to open Radisson Blu Zhengzhou Huji, as we continue to bring our collection of world-class brands to China's most dynamic destinations. Home to approximately 10 million people, Zhengzhou is one of China's most important inland cities. A booming economic, commercial and transport centre, this strategic central metropolis symbolises the exciting growth that is currently sweeping across China," said Gary Ye, vice president, operations, China at Radisson Hotel Group.

He added, "With an idyllic riverfront setting, nestled between the city and the mountains, Radisson Blu Zhengzhou Huji provides contemporary accommodation and exceptional amenities for all types of guests, from business travellers and conference delegates to families and urban explorers."
